The Remote Program with consist of the following.

• 1 on 1 class explaining how everything works so YOU have a good understand of your printer
• Training on how to run/ operate the printer as well as being comfortable using the provided software
• Proper maintenance practices as well as trouble shooting tips and tricks
• A deep dive into explaining how everything runs and operates on the printer so if something were to go wrong you would be comfortable fixing it.
• Insight on using the proper chemicals to prolong the life of your printer and also get better quality prints.
• Will log into your computer remotely to screen share so we can guide you along the way
• Prices are as followed $120 for the first hour of service and $60 per hour after the first hour. 2 Hour minimum per session unless discussed before hand.

Do you have a laser and are struggling to figure everything out or maybe you are new to the laser world and are wanting learn everything as soon as possible.

This program includes the following

• 1 on 1 class on your laser and light burn
• Light burn training and connecting to your machine
• Troubleshooting tips and tricks to get your machine back up and running as quickly as possible
• In depth light burn class to show all the tools and operations light burn has to offer
• Material testing on your laser to provide the most productive setting for your shop
• You will receive over 4 years of daily experience
• We will remote into your computer to screen share and be able to guide you along the way.
• Price $120 for the first hour and $60 per hour after that. 2 hour minimum per session unless discussed before hand.
